Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries allow us to stay aware of how we think and feel about something or someone. This connection is critical for healthy relationships to thrive. If we have no boundaries, everything comes in and we get lost in others emotions and beliefs. If we are too rigid, we feel disconnected and isolated.

Learning healthy boundaries requires practice, patience and people. The people part is why we do groups. Groups allow us to practice healthy boundaries in a safe and supportive environment.
